you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition
of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all
Materials.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions, and the agreement they create,
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to
any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of
this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that
provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of
any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between
the parties relating to the subject matter herein. Z International may modify these Terms and Conditions, and the agreement
they create, at any time simply by updating this posting
and without notice to you.
