Roast to yield a very rich flavor with a heady
aroma, and an excellent balance of acidity and
body. Our Beans are roasted slightly more than
the light roast. This roast is an even balance
of sweetness and sharpness, and full of flavour.
Its Surface is dry and has a kind of has patches
of oil giving them the greatest appearance of
the best Venezuelan gourmet coffee, and its color
is chestnut brown.
